Kent Wiberg - Nordic Head of Quality Assurance

1. What motivated you to join PharmaRelations?

I consider PharmaRelations as a very competent and skilled consultancy firm with experienced and dedicated and also very friendly and open staff and colleagues

2. Tell us about your previous experience?

I have worked as employed in both large and small Pharma companies (AstraZeneca, Fresenius-Kabi, Vironova) and also Agencies (Läkemedelsverket, KemikalieInspektionen) for 26 years, where of 20 years in different management positions. My educational background is PhD in Analytical Chemistry, MSc in Chemistry and I have also LeanSigma BlackBelt certification. In 2022 I started my own company and work since then as sub-contractor and interim manager. My first assignment as consultant was in Sobi during 2022-2026 where I worked as Interim Head of Quality and Interim Head of Analytical Science.

3. What excites you most about your new role?

Having the possibility to help PRs to succeed and broaden the business further within the Quality area and for myself to learn more about consultancy business.

Nilla Juhlin - Nordic Head of Pharmacovigilance

1. What motivated you to join PharmaRelations?

What motivated me most was the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most experienced experts in the life sciences industry. PharmaRelations' broad expertise across all phases of development and product types creates a unique environment where we can help companies succeed and contribute to the continued development of healthcare and innovation in the Nordics. Being part of such a meaningful mission is truly motivating.

2. Tell us about your previous experience?

I have more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working both as a consultant and within pharmaceutical companies. My background spans clinical development and pharmacovigilance across Sweden and the Nordics. For the past 13 years, I have focused on PV, combining operational work with leadership roles. Over the last nine years, I have led Nordic and Swedish PV teams and overseen local safety systems, working closely with global organizations and external partners. My experience includes supporting company integrations, product launches, and a wide variety of product types. I hold a Master of Science degree in Biomedicine from Uppsala University.

3. What excites you most about your new role?

What excites me most is the opportunity to help further develop PharmaRelations’ scalable end-to-end offering and support companies by connecting them with the right expertise at every stage of their journey. I look forward driving and contributing to initiatives involving AI-enabled solutions and enhanced safety systems, while working closely with colleagues across our different business areas to create even greater value for our clients. Most of all, I am excited to learn from and collaborate with the many talented people at PharmaRelations as we continue to grow and reach new milestones together.

Hossein Asgari - Head of Quality Assurance

1. What motivated you to join PharmaRelations?

After many years in pharma and medical devices, I wanted to work more closely with customers and consultants and use my experience to support different companies with their quality work. The people also played a big part in my decision. My conversations during the recruitment process were open, honest and straightforward. I felt comfortable with the culture from the start.

2. Tell us a little about your previous experience

I have more than 17 years of experience in quality across pharma and medical devices. My background includes manufacturing quality, supplier quality, QA, QC, audits and quality systems. I have held roles at Novo Nordisk, LEO Pharma, Xellia Pharmaceuticals and Coloplast. Most recently, I was Head of Quality, QA and QC at Gerresheimer Denmark, where I led a team of 14 people across two sites. My approach to quality is practical. People need to understand what is expected, take ownership and have room to use their judgement.

3. What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

I look forward to developing the QA area in Denmark with my Nordic colleagues and getting to know our customers and consultants. I enjoy understanding what people need, finding a practical way forward and bringing the right people together. I also want to keep learning from my colleagues and the companies we work with.

1. What motivated you to join PharmaRelations?

Having spent most of my career within the pharmaceutical industry, I was attracted by the opportunity to join a company with deep life science expertise and highly skilled colleagues. It was important for me to become part of an organization with strong values, a high level of professionalism, and a genuine understanding of the industry. PharmaRelations' reputation for building long-term relationships and creating the right matches across the life sciences sector confirmed that this was the right choice for me.

2. Tell us a little about your previous experience

I have a background in pharma and have worked for companies including GSK, UCB Nordic, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Intercept in various commercial and customer-facing roles. For the past eight years, I have worked in consulting and recruitment, focusing on permanent and interim positions within the life sciences industry.

3. What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

I am excited to work alongside talented life science professionals in a Nordic organization where I can contribute with my own experience, learn from skilled colleagues, and help create value for both clients and candidates. The opportunity to grow, collaborate, and make an impact is what inspires me most.
