What motivated you to join us at PharmaRelations? 

I was drawn to Pharmarelations strong position within the life science industry and the people behind it. The opportunity to contribute to both talent strategy and business growth in a highly specialized industry made it a very attractive environment for me to join and contribute to.

Can you tell us a bit about your previous experience?
I have bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and bring more than 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR and Business Development roles within the life science industry. I have broad experience in partnering with biotech and pharma companies to build capabilities and to scale organizations and also to drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships.

What excites you most about your new role?
What excites me most is the opportunity to work across the full talent lifecycle; attracting, retaining, and developing talent, while also contributing to business growth. Being able to support both our clients and our own organization in building strong teams and long-term success.
