More candidate interviews than ever during last months

 “We have conducted more candidate interviews than ever before during the past months” says Helena Marteus, Nordic head of recruitment in PharmaRelations. “We know that our clients will need to recruit as we start to leave the first phase of the Corona virus behind us. We have prepared ourselves for a situation where demand for new talent will revert within Life Science and can meet the demand from our clients well prepared. We have also increased our own resources with new experienced recruitment specialists that will join PharmaRelations in August.

Many new clients during Corona times

 “You would perhaps think that the activity level would be decreased during Corona times, but our experience is rather the opposite says” Fredrik Anjou, CEO of PharmaRelations. “Our clients in Life Science are as appreciative as we are for digital solutions, and we have conducted many digital customer meetings during the past months, also with new clients. Clients and potential clients could have had more time, been more effective working from home or more in the mood to search for new solutions, I do not know precisely, but our experience from digital meetings is very positive and has helped us to conclude deals with new clients. Life Science is of course as active as ever, and we with you!”

New specialists in Norway and Denmark join PharmaRelations soon

 First out to start of our newly recruited specialists in PharmaRelations is Kåre Opland that will start in PharmaRelations Norway on June 1. Early September a new specialist with focus om Medical & scientific will join our Danish team. We will revert and present both more in detail after they have started, but like all our PharmaRelations specialist they bring a lot of experience, focus on customer needs and live and breathe strong positive values. With Louise in place we are 5 specialists in Denmark serving Life Science, but plan to more during the autumn.

PharmaRelations Regulatory Services to add a new Senior QA specialist early August

 “We continue to build our Regulatory Services business also in Corona times, we have not experienced any reduced demand for our services, on the contrary “ says Helena Björkman, head of PharmaRelations Regulatory Services. “In the beginning of August, we will have a new Senior QA Specialist joining and we continue to add new specialists, so I hope I will soon see new additions to our specialist team both in Sweden and in Denmark.”

Recruitment process conducted 100 % digital

 During the Corona “stand still” in transportations PharmaRelations has conducted 100% digital recruitments for the first time. “Our experience is that it has worked very well” says Helena Marteus, head of Nordic Recruitments in PharmaRelations. “The quality of digital meeting platforms is now so high that you do not loose much conducting interviews digitally. “We were not used to conducting final interviews digitally, nor meetings with future team colleagues or “grandfather-Interviews”. We have learnt that it works well and that more can be done digitally than we thought. I believe that we will be more creative in the future and use a digital approach more to save time and money and also improve the process and add more features than we did before.”
