PharmaRelations in Sweden has become Great Place To Work certified for 2019 after having gone through the GPTW certification process.
“ We started out the work with Great Place To Work with the sole purpose of improving our workplace culture and our attractivity as Employer, we did not expect to be certified in our first attempt, but we did and we are proud of that and the scores we achieved, but more importantly our certification has increased our ambition to improve even further. We love challenges and have set new and higher targets for ourselves onwards and have decided to extend the certification step by step to all Nordic countries.” says Fredrik Anjou, CEO of PharmaRelations
PharmaRelations has worked hard for many years to become a very attractive Employer for talented individuals in Life Science in the Nordic countries. The performance of a consultancy company is built on the skills, know-how, attitudes and energy of its consultants and as we want to attract the best in the industry to work with us, we need to offer a great place to work in return.
“The GPTW certification for PharmaRelations in Sweden is just a first step for us on a much longer journey where the target is to be the very Best Place to Work in the Life Science industry in the Nordic countries. It is ambitious, but we intend to work hard to meet this target and have created a list of activities to undertake, included in our business plan for the coming couple of years.” “We look forward to sharing many of our insights with our clients as part of our consultancy work. As much as we love to develop and grow our own business in PharmaRelations, our real mission is to grow and develop our clients ´business, but as always and true to our values, we walk the talk and start by showing that we can do it ourselves. That is how we became a Gazelle Company five times so far, Master Gazelle 2019 and VA Super Company 2018. “
