Hello and a warm welcome to PhamaRelations! How are you feeling?
Thank you - I feel really great.
What motivated you to join us at PharmaRelations?
I was attracted by the opportunity to build a regulatory function in Denmark and contribute to the growth of the company. But I was also drawn to PharmaRelations because I sensed that I would get to work with really nice people.
Can you tell us a bit about your previous experience?
I am a pharmacist by training, and have +25 years experience from the pharmaceutical industry, primarily within Regulatory Affairs. I have touched on most tasks within Regulatory Affairs, but for the past 15+ years I have focused on global drug development, i.e. all the interactions a company has with the regulatory authorities before a marketing authorization application can be submitted. I have worked in headquarter, generics and biotech companies, and I have also 3 years of experience as a consultant.
What excites you most about your new role?
I believe there is a great potential for regulatory consultancy services in Denmark, particularly within the biotech space. So I am eager to start engaging with potential customers there to see how we can help fulfil their needs. Also, I really like to develop people and organisations, so I am excited to be part of the development and growth of PharmaRelations.
What are you most passionate about in your work? I am passionate about developing drugs for patients in need of new or better treatments options. And I really enjoy driving activities together with people and in teams.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I sing and I do yoga to stay healthy and balanced. I also enjoy walking my dog and to be with friends and family – preferably with good food and a nice glass of wine on the table.
Once again, a warm welcome to PharmaRelations Margrethe!
