PharmaRelations Finland – an integrated part of the top Nordic provider of Talent Services for Life Science

Working together has always been one of the key drivers in PharmaRelations, working together across geographies and across sectors and business areas. We do not run our countries and business areas as stand-alone units; we are all integrated in one common Nordic center of competence. When you hire us in Finland, you get the combined efforts from the Nordic network with 160 experts and specialists, all focusing solely on Life Science.

 We have more than 65 consultants, office- and field-based, within the regulatory space in the Nordics. Add some 10 specialists focusing on recruitment for clients across the Nordics, headed from Sweden but firmly on the ground in each Nordic country. Around 50 consultants are specialists within different areas of sales & marketing across the Nordic scene. Another group of consultants work within science/research/clinical areas.


Our Finnish team is working closely together with our experts in Copenhagen and Centers of Excellence in Stockholm, so you get the best of two worlds, the local presence in Finland together with the combined Nordic expertise.

Do you need expertise in Pharmacovigilance in Finland? We have built our center of Excellence for PV in Stockholm, but gradually growing into Finland. Do you need support in the Quality space? We are extending our expertise range within different segments of Quality and have added several senior experts to our team during 2020 in Stockholm, from there extending into Finland. This is how we work and gradually extend our competence to serve our clients across the Nordics.

Piia Rantala
Pia works in close cooperation with Eva Bremberg and Helena Björkman in Sweden and with Lisbeth Thyregod and Louise Brinking in Denmark. The Swedish PV expert team is closely involved with the work in Finland.

Sari Torniainen
Saari works in close cooperation with her Nordic colleagues within Commercial Services and Recruitment Services.

Jukka Polojärvi
Jukka has a long background within the Pharmaceutical Industry both in Finland and in Scandinavia and he is in close cooperation with all Nordic heads as well as with the heads of the functional specialists in Sweden and in Denmark.

Extending our Clinical expertise in Denmark – Claudia Jørgensen Rankine joining PharmaRelations
Claudia Jørgensen Rankine has just recently joined us in Denmark as a Talent Manager in resourcing to further build our new business area within Clinical Research recruitment solutions. She will be working alongside her colleagues in Denmark, and will also liase closely with her colleagues across the rest of the Nordics. Claudia has nearly 15 years of expertise as a Talent Specialist, Director, Trainer and Consultant Manager, focused on the Nordic sector within the Clinical Research and Biotech industry. Anders Söderlund – Expert in OTC and med tech products, joining the Commercial team in Sweden as Consultant Manager
Anders Söderlund has been promoted to Consultant Manager within Commercial Services in Sweden. Anders has been working as an Interim Consultant in PharmaRelations for several years. His last assignment was as Nordic Market Head and Key Account Manager in Mundipharma. Anders is a specialist in OTC products and as such has worked for nearly 20 years in various positions in companies like Orkla Care, Cederroth, Aco Hud and Henkel-Norden Personal Care. Anders will work closely together with his colleagues in Norway, Finland and Denmark within this area and drive and develop this segment further.
