High level of customer satisfaction with our services

PharmaRelations has achieved a level of “very high customer satisfaction”. After each completed assignment, we measure customer satisfaction. The client responds to a questionnaire by marking one of the alternatives on a scale of 0-6 where 6 denotes “extremely satisfied” and 5 “satisfied”.
