Provider to the new pharmacy market

PharmaRelations decided early on to be a provider of temporary and contract staff to the new decentralized pharmacy market. It was a natural step, considering our focus on Life Science and medical expertise.

Today, we are helping actors in the pharmacy market find personnel, both for pharmacies and for positions within central administration. With regard to the basic staffing of pharmacies – pharmacists, dispensers and pharmacy technicians – we see no obstacles to helping customers from different chains. When it comes to recruiting managerial and strategic business positions, we do not take upon parallel assignments from different clients. In such cases we follow our own strict ethical compass.

At present, the labour market is undergoing considerable change. Many pharmacy employees will find themselves with new employers over the next few years, perhaps more than once. You need to act fast in a changing market, but at the same time it’s important that candidates are treated with the utmost respect.

PharmaRelations have a substantial register of candidates containing qualified pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. We are presently in the process of assembling a pool of consultants to provide the pharmacies of temporary and contract staff to stand in for employees on holiday or leave, or when in need of an increased workforce.

We stay in close contact with universities and schools and can help pharmacy and pharmacy technician graduates to jobs on the new pharmacy market.
