Fast staffing process


We deal with requests for consultants to work in the Life Science sector every day. The length of the assignments can vary from 3 months to several years.

Consultancy assignments differ from recruitment assignments in that PharmaRelations does not often have the sole right to a consultancy assignment. Clients send their request to more than one staffing agency and the process is rapidly concluded. We send the CVs for suitable candidates registered with us, as soon as we have received their permission to do so. The client makes a selection and interviews are booked.

We document each inquiry carefully and, together with the client, put together a detailed requirement specification, ensuring that we have all the necessary information to make the best possible match. Thus far, the process is the same as when recruiting a permanent position. We always, without exception, give the candidates who have been under consideration fast and accurate feedback.

Consultants are either employed for the period of an assignment or have permanent employment as members of our pool. We also sometimes engage the services of independent consultants. It's important to remember that when working as a consultant different people are responsible for different areas of your working life. You will have an employer (PharmaRelations) and an assignment manager (our client), who is responsible for you on site.
