Annual Work Climate Survey

PharmaRelations carries out a work climate survey known as the Personnel Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) once a year. This web based survey enables our employees to evaluate us as employers.

The latest survey was carried out in December 2011. Of a maximum possible value of 6 the average given for all questions was 5,2.

Of course we receive suggestions for changes and improvements and we take these very seriously. PSQ results are presented for employees each year. We also report on actions taken during the year as a result of the latest survey.
