High level of customer satisfaction

PharmaRelations has achieved a level of “very high customer satisfaction”. After every completed assignment we measure customer satisfaction. The client answers a number of questions by marking one of the alternatives on a scale of 0-6 where 6 denotes “extremely satisfied” and 5 “satisfied”. The accumulated result of these measurements since the start in 2003 is:

The evaluation is called CSQ “Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire”. Over 80 % of our customers have so far answered the questionnaire.
