Competency based recruitment

PharmaRelations adheres to the philosophy of competency based recruitment. Together with the client, we carefully select 4-6 necessary qualifications and competences. The number depends on the position in question. Candidates are systematically matched to this detailed requirement specification throughout the entire recruitment process.

PharmaRelations offers personality analysis tests to facilitate the final stages of the recruitment process. We are licensed to perform the OPQ personality analysis test, and we also offer the test Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

We always set a test to analyse the candidates competence in presentation technique - Presentation Skills, at no charge, whenever relevant to the position in question.

We offer these recruitment services:

Recruitment with search; PharmaRelations locates candidates primarily through search (in combination with advertisements) via our register of candidates and network of contacts within the Life Science sector.

Recruitment with ”selection”; Candidates are located through advertisements only.

Elements of the recruitment processOur customers sometimes only want help with certain elements of the recruitment process. In these cases we carry out one or more of the different recruitment stages – search, advertising, selection, interviews, tests or the collection of references.

We guarantee satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied, we undertake to repeat the recruitment process. The sole exception to this principle is if the client has changed the conditions of the recruitment e.g. made changes to the position’s job description.

We recruit to all positions within Life Science. Positions can be divided into the following groups:

Marketing and sales
Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, Product Manager, Project Leader, Market Access Manager, Key Account Manager, Product Specialist, Sales Representative, Marketing and Sales Assistant etc.

Medical & Science
Medical Manager, Medical Advisor, Medical Writer, Clinical Research Manager (CRM), Clinical Research Assistant (CRA), Pharmacovigilance Manager and Officer, Regulatory Affairs Manager and Officer, Quality Assurance Manager, Outcomes Research Manager etc.

Pharmacies
Managerial positions e.g. Quality Manager, Purchase Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Pharmacy Products, Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist, Dispenser, Pharmacy Technician etc.

County councils and authorities
