PharmaRelations specialises in providing Life Science companies with consultants for temporary staffing and qualified professionals for permanent placement within pharmaceutical, medical technology and biotechnology companies, pharmacies, self-care product and dental care companies.

Our consultants are graduates of medicine, pharmaceutics, natural sciences, outcomes research, engineering or economics. They must have at least three years experience of working within their area of expertise and excellent references from previous employers. Once employed, they receive continual training and coaching.
Our Recruiting consultants employ a competency based method of recruitment to systematically find the best candidate for the position to be filled. They are all licensed to perform the OPQ test for personality analysis.

We have an extensive network of contacts within the sector, one of the most advanced web-based recruitment IT- tools on the market and over the years we have developed one of the industry’s most comprehensive registers of candidates.

General Agreements
The long-term collaboration we have with many of our clients is based on a client specific general agreement. Such an agreement may cover all recruitments to permanent positions as well temporary staffing, or just one specific area of staffing. We also work with general agreements covering all the Nordic countries.
